Disappointed

This used to be my go-to place (for over 2 years) for a mani/pedi, but over the last few years it has taken a nose dive and gone downhill. DIRTY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, need I say more? I went in for a mani recently and noticed a few things that disturbed me. First, I had a leftover shellac so she had to soak my nails in acetone to remove the shellac. After she soaked my nails, she poured the leftover acetone back into the bottle. I don't know if if you have to dispose of acetone a different way (other than pouring down the sink), but this grossed me out. Also, the towel under my hands was filthy dirty with nasty stains.

Lastly, the nail technician tried to overcharge me for my manicure. She said it was $27. I replied, "oh did your prices increase because last time I was here I paid $12 for a mani." She giggled, did not apologize and said, "oh yes, it's $12." I had the worst feeling when I left this place. The experience is supposed to be pampering and relaxing and I felt annoyed and disappointed when I left.
