Service

Bought an appliance, scheduled delivery for first available which was in 3 days, took off work and waited half the day for a no show. Called and was told order delivery status said reschedule. Next available delivery was another 5 days away. When I asked why they didn't notify me of the change so I didn't waste half a day of work, I was told it must not have been on the list. Never once apologized for the inconvenience or even acted like it was anything to be concerned with.
