Awesome experience, Steven and Scott really know their guns. I want to thank them for all their help in getting my son in the right gun. They mounted the scope, sighted it in, and got us out the door with ease. We will be back again and again.

This store is AMAZING!!! As I have been to Scott's in the past, I would have to say that the customer service is above par, whereas it used to be slack. I was able to get all of my hunting supplies, tree stand, and a new hunting rifle. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family. Thanks guys for such excellent service!

This store has the potential to be something great, but time and time again the service is despicable. I have walked in on numerous occasions attempting to spend a good amount of money in the store and actually turned around and walked out after not even being acknowledged by the workers there. Them being the only outdoors store in the area with a large selection, they must think they don't have to have even decent customer service! THEY ARE WRONG, I have shopped here for years but I am just fed up with their horrible service. Mike needs to either hire more people or make some serious changes.

This has to be the worst place in the world to TRY to buy a gun. Called them yesterday to check on a gun they advertised on gunsamerica. The woman told me the computers was so slow she would walk back and see if they had one left and would call me right back. an hour and a half later I called again and another salesman told me she went to lunch and laughed about it. NEVER ....NEVER....AGAIN.....WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS The only reason they got one star is because there wasn't a zero star...

Very poor service, take your business else where. Very disrespectful on both visits. I buy quite a few firearms a year and will keep my business in Milton. Disappointed I even gave Scotts Outdoors another try.

Buyer BEWARE! They Will STEAL your money!!! I purchased a Beretta handgun in response to an online ad that included an extra 8-round magazine. They did not send the extra mag. They first said the ad was incorrectly published, then later said they would honor ad. THEY LIED! I have spent 2 months listening to one excuse after another, nothing but lies and contradictions. They kept my money and have refused to send the 8-round magazine. NOTHING BUT FRAUDS, LIARS, RIP-OFFS, LOWLIFE Piece Of S___!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DECEPTIVE THIEVES!

I was totally surprised how much quality and quanty of handguns, rifles, shotguns, ammo and Bows & arrows and accessories they had in what is the back of a furniture store! Safes, clothes, targets, sights and even coolers, all brand names and low prices. A man's candy store!! Worth a trip to Jay to check them out.

Excellent place to purchase a hand gun or rifle!
