Whether you are taking an extended trip or just have a long day at the office, we are here to ensure that your pets receive the best possible care. Established in 2004, DogWoods offers a wide range of services, including home pickup and delivery, customized to meet the needs of all pets and their busy families. Our goal is to provide your pet with a caring, safe environment designed to optimize play and outdoor exercise. DogWoods Boarding Kennel sits on 10 wooded acres in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. Our facility provides each dog with at least 60 square feet of space. All dogs have access to an indoor climate controlled area as well as a spacious covered outdoor patio. Cats are provided individual cabanas with plenty of climbing room in a dog-free environment. In addition, we offer convenient home pickup and drop-off in our custom Pet Bus!

Overnight Boarding Includes: Three daily turnout sessions -- boarding dogs are taken out three times a day for a break in routine, fresh air and to use the bathroom.Large, private, indoor / outdoor climate controlled runsWe provide all pets with soft, comfortable bedding. However, if your pet can't part from their own bed, you are welcome to send it with them. We recommend that you bring your dog's food from home so that their diet is not upset while boarding with us. However, if you chose not to bring your dogs food, we will serve your dog our premium house food, Blue Buffalo, at no additional charge. We accommodate special diet requirements and can administer medications for your pet. Simply provide the food and medication complete with instructions during check-in. Owners visiting the area and staying locally may come pick up their pets to take on a "field trip" during the day between 10am - 2pmCats are provided individual cabanas with plenty of climbing room in a dog-free environment.Pickup and Delivery ServicesTo make transportation easier for you, we offer pick-up & delivery service directly to and from your home! Pickup and delivery times are daily from 11AM - 2PM. Our service area extends from our kennel in Jasper to I-285 and includes communities along the GA-400 and I-575 corridors. For our customers that live a bit further away, we offer multiple convenient meeting locations. la Carte ServicesIndividual, on-leash, 20-minute Nature Walks give your dog a chance to enjoy the fresh mountain air of beautiful North Georgia along our wooded nature trails.Individual, off-leash, 20-minute Playtime in our fenced dog playground gives your dog a chance to run, fetch and play with one of our pet care professionals. Small group, off-leash, 20-minute Playtime is for our social guests. We will match your pet with another dog of similar size and temperament and supervise them in our playground area.A Kong Break is a delicious and fun treat for your pet to enjoy while they're in their run. We take a Kong chew toy, sized specifically for your pet, and fill it with peanut butter, cheese, or biscuits.Full Service GroomingDogWoods offers professional Dog Grooming Services on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays by appointment only, though we may sometimes be able to accommodate walk-ins for Baths. Drop-off time is 8AM-9AM and we will call you as soon as your dog is ready (usually between 1PM-3PM)
