went in last night to buy some fish and the people that were working were very rude and unapproachable. When we walked in it was 7:15 at night and the lady that was working came up to us and in a very rude manor said
-You have 10 min, to pick out fish.-
We were with our two daughters that were very excited to pick out fish and the lady that was going to help us was very rude to them also. My four year old asked me-mommy what is wrong with that lady-
Unfortunately for preferred pets we were going to be spending some money on filters an aerator and also three fish which were all put back based on the service. I do not recommend anyone going there

I went in there to buy a rabbit and at the time I was with my son who is only 2 years old. We were asked if we needed help and I proceeded to say no thank you we are just looking at the bunny's while she stood behind me just starring me down. I had asked her if the white and brown rabbit was a female and she replied with "idk read the sign" I couldnt read that persons hand writing. So in the mean time my son and I left and went home. I dropped him off with grandma got the cage all set up and came back to pick up that bunny. Well luckily the very snotty lady was gone. I doubt with a young man who was very polite and nice. He told me all I needed was the doc's rabbit food for vitamins. It was highly suggested to use it for the first few weeks. About 4 days went by and my bunny still hasnt ate a thing. So I called back and talked to the "grinch" immediatley when I started talking about the bunny she became very very snotty and rude. She proceeded too throw out accusations saying I wasnt taking care of the bunny. So anyways she tells me she thinks it has a cold. To give it uncooked raw oatmeal and the doc's that I bought. Well the next morning I woke up and my bunny had died. I called her back and she immediatley started accusing me and saying that she told me from the begining to buy the food they had the rabbits on. First of all I never once talked to her about that and when I did talk to her it had nothing to do with food or how to take care of it. I told her that I would never return to that pet store again and I would make sure everyone is aware of how rude and inconsiderate they really are. Not only that but I only had her for 4 days and they wont give me any money back! For crying out loud it was my 2 year olds pet. How am i suppose to explain this one? Very rude customer service. I will never return. Not to mention I have bought a bearded dragon from them and all of the crickets he eats. I would rather pay the extra for crickets at petco then go back here again!!

Coming in the store was clean ...

Coming in the store was clean and the cashier at the front was polite, but that is where the compliments stop. We came in to purchase a few fish for our aquarium and when we asked for some help we were met with a woman who can only be compared to the grinch. As we asked a couple questions and explained what fish we already had she rolled her eyes and spat out remarks about how we have too many varieties of agressiveness. We had 2 coy, 2 bubble goldfish, 2 zebra fish, a red finned shark and a guarmi (not sure of spelling on that one) These fish all had been tank mates for a long time and were perfectly healthy even after a traumatic move, the previous owners left them to die with almost no food, suprisingly they all did wonderful as we got their home in order. Then after we were sure they were thriving we went to this store to add some new fish. We bought 2 mickey mouse platys 2 tiny fantails and a plecostomus( again not sure of spelling) Within the week of introducing these fish our entire tank became ravaged with ick, which took multiple treatments to clear up and killed not only 4 of the 5 new fish but 2 of our originals including a beautiful coy. I would not ever purchase another live creature from this store, pet owners beware! On top of sick fish they are really overpriced on supplies, and food, I say go to walmart which is sad considering they are supposed to be a retail store not a pet store.
