        Overall

        This urgent care knew that I was coming, because a doctor from another clinic sent me there for an emergency situation. My daughter had to drive me. NO ONE came out to help me, and they sat and watched as I struggled to leave a car with my left side not working. The wind kept blowing the door closed on me, and I swear, I was trying to THROW myself out of the car onto the pavement to drag myself in. I love Mercy East, but this one was a terrible experience
