Hankster's Motorsports

After dropping off my bike to get fixed, I had nothing but headaches from these guys. They did not contact me or update me about my motorcycle while it was being repaired and they caused more problems to it than before I dropped it off.
I ended up calling after a week to see the progress and they told me that they had ordered parts for it and that it would be another two weeks. After waiting three more weeks I called again and they said my bike would be ready in a few days. After waiting more than a few days I called them again and they said that it was ready to be picked up.
I stopped by the shop, and after already paying... bad idea before seeing and inspecting my bike, they brought out my bike and it didn't start... They dismissed it as my problem and refused to look at it unless I paid for it even though it was running when I dropped it off.
I told them no and brought my trailer to come pick it up. After replacing the spark plugs myself the bike started, but developed a coolant leak after a week. I took my bike to a dealership this time instead and the seal that Hanker's Motorsports "fixed" was leaking.

Its bull i came in to look at a bike they would not start the bike they did not tell me anything about it and i wanted to test drive it so they said to come in a couple days because of rain so it was deseant out the day they told me and whene i went in they have sold an hour ago so i would not recommend to ever come here to buy or survice your bike.

These guys are fantastic, always top notch service. I've had my ATV's and Motorcycle serviced here. Outstanding work and customer service.

A bunch of crooks that sell you equipment with know issues. The place I took it to after buying from hanksters said they would have to knowingly sold it to you with issues.

I've been to Hankster's on many occassions and I've had nothing but GREAT experiences!!! Something tells me this previous experience/comment may not be completely accurate... Regardless, Hankster's is always sure to go above and beyond when it comes to my service. Their attention to detail is second to none! See for yourself!!!

Minor damage to my cycle being hit & tipped over;Insurance Co. said this place will come p/u on flatbed, repair & return your bike-sounded good, right? It was the beginning of my NIGHTMARE!! Bike had minor damage to handle grip & fender. Hanksters replaced way more than was needed or damaged originally & screwed up the motorcycle I had waited 35 yrs. to get!! Even gje officer who came out to take the report of the hit & run said he would testify to the minor damage he saw when he checked my bike over!! Hanksters replaced major parts, including pipes, crash bars, complete handle bars, floor boards, mirrors & sent it back to me (1st time) without repairing the fender where it was hit & the fringes missing from grips PLUS had more scratches to the paint job where it was not damaged before it went to their shop!! Hank admitted that "It could have been damaged there, he has SO many bikes in his facility" like that is a reason to damage someones cycle??!! Sent it back again and guess what?? Came back with MORE damage & still not running or sounding right plus a new 6" gouge in the front fender!! He said they would 'fix it how I wanted' but did such a crappy job on repairing the cherry paint job that I had, it looked like someone took some nail polish and swiped it over the scratches! Terrible - totally disgusting job!! Hank never said sorry, and he even said he had bikes worth much more then mine in his shop - so beware! If your bike isn't worth 50k, he won't do a good job! I believe that Every bike should be treated like a million bucks, because that's what my bike is worth to me! He acts like that's a good reason to keep sending my motorcycle back to me with more damage than it went there with, each time!! SHAME ON YOU HANK!! I've waited 35 years to buy a beautiful motorcycle and then your facility messed it up and I would never EVER go back there or recommend this place! I wish I would have heard ALL the bad reports I heard about this place after the fact & before I let them touch my motorcycle! I used to ride with joy & pride on my face for the beautiful cycle I finally had & now I can't enjoy it anymore! Stay away from this place if you like your motorcycle!

Great staff and excellent, friendly service. Bought my first bike here, a Honda Shadow, and have continually been impressed by all the guys there. They're passionate about bikes and powersports, always happy to help, and really do a top-notch job! Thanks again for Everything!

Dropped off my motorcycle to get fixed and ordered my parts (clutch cable). First off, they ordered the wrong parts. Instead of telling me this, they started avoiding my calls. I eventually called the Kawasaki dealer ship that ordered the parts from and found out hey were lying to me about the parts not arriving. They actually ordered the wrong ones. Even after my parts arrived, it took them 5 days to do a 1 hour job. They even charged me 4 hours of labor, just for changin the clutch cable. The owner even had the nerves to talk smart to me over the telephone when I told him I wanted to take my bike else where. Horrible experience. I will never bring my bike here again.

I never wrote a review before but I had to this time. Hankster's is the BEST SERVICE experience I have ever had since owning a motorcycle. Two days before a trip down south with my cycle I noticed that I had a low rear tire, after filling the tire with air I noticed that I picked up a nail from my last ride. I called Hankster's and they arranged a pick-up for my cycle that afternoon. The gave me multiple options as far as the repair went and were very reasonable regarding the cost. I felt that they really cared about my situation and I can't wait to do business with these guys again. Thank You so much!!!

I got a spring service on my sport atv I also had them add a couple of extras and replace a few parts they did a very nice job and ran very smoothly the only reason why I gave them 4 stars was because it was expensive

Hanksters is a terrible business. I bought my moped there and they were very nice at first then it got worse. About a 7 months after I bought it, I took it there for a free oil check and so they could look it over to make sure everything was working good. After a week i called to see if they finished the oil change and they didnt get it done in a week, it should take like 15 min. to do and oil change. They got it done the next day so i went to pick it up and they told me that i need the fuel gauge needle replaced because it was too flexible, and that they would call me in 2 weeks. So 2 weeks passed, then a month and still no phone call. So after winter i called them to get it replaced. It had been 6 months since they said that they would call me. So i took it down and they said it should be done in 2 days. So on the second day I called and they said they didnt touch it. They said it should be done the next day. So i call the next day, still not done. I called every day for another week. Finally they finished it after 1 week and 3 days, when it should have been done in 2 days. Which I understand that they could have been busy but every time I go down there every one is standing around. My advise to anyone who even thinks about going there just turn around. Go someplace else anywhere but Hanksters. There service is terrible.

I Purchased a 2010 Polaris Sportsman 850 at Hankster's and could not be happier with the experience! The sales staff and service department were very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I would recommend this dealership for any future purchases you might be in the market for.

I have an issue with Hanksters since I first brought my scooter in for repair. They have supposedly put in two new carburetor and it still doesn't start. They never return a call and never calls when he says he will. They never give paperwork after a repair, always says" don't worry 'buddy' we' ll take care of you" the scooter has been in my shed for awhile now as I have upgraded to a brand name scooter from a reputable dealer. I should have never listened to this guys song and dance in their tent at the 4h fair. Buyers beware!

I have been dealing with the staff at Hankster's Motorsports for well over 3-4 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have a nice selection of motorsports equipment, accessories and parts. The people are very helpful and not over bearing trying to push you to a sale. As for the parts department they are well trained and helpful. Items that are not in stock arrive quick when we order them. -Nathan M.

I Had Dropped Off A 4Wheeler , For Carb And Transmission Work..Took Them 2 Months, After Which They Said They Couldn't Get Transmission Working, . But That It Was Running Great. Turns Out The 4Wheeler Was Never Touched. I Got It Back Filthy, Rusted (From Sitting Outside For 2 Months)

Hankster s Motorsports has been good to me over the last 3 years. I ve bought helmets, parts, and had friends purchase used bikes as well, and every time we ve been treated very well. They stock quite a bit of inventory and their prices are fair. The service team is one the best ones in the area and very resourceful

Just wanted to thank you for the great experience and wanted to tell you how easy it was to deal with you. I had visited a couple dealerships and no one wanted to talk to me, Hank was great and had a vast knowledge of everything in the store. He actually convinced me to buy a smaller unit than I originally asked about and I could not be happier. He really had my best interest in mind and was very low pressure. I hope that I am able to get my friends and family to come out there because I know they will get the same great treatment I did. Thanks again for everything and I will have no issue driving to you rather than the store closer to me for this kind of great of service.

Bad experience. Had to take my bike back twice because it wasn't fixed right the first time. Billed me for work he never did, then tries to soft soap it by saying it was a misunderstanding. Never calls, you have to call him because he is too busy. Stay away from here unless you want to spend a lot of money.
