Where should I start?

Walking into this store is like walking back into high school. If you are not a part of their clique, they act like they want nothing to do with you. I have no time for their blatant snobbery and have no plans to ever go back. The merchandise is overpriced, their return policy is not at all customer friendly, and their social connections are far more important t them than your continued business or listening to what their customers needs are. THey will do their best to shove your feet into a pair of Newtons whether you need them or not!

The website is childish. They appear to have never studied basic grammar and sentence structure. There are dead links and misspellings galore- not professional at all!

This is a business that talks a lot about keeping local business local. Yet where does the owner live? Not in Janesville! There are lots of local certified coaches and complementary businesses who would appreciate referrals from ASR. Instead of keeping the coaching local, they refer exclusively to Madison - SBR Coaching, Rocket Bikes, etc. Apparently their "Buy Local" message only applies when they want people to shop in their store and not when it comes to supporting other local vendors. If they are going to Talk the Talk, they need to Walk the Walk.
