I have been trying to call this post office for the past few days, Jamaica Post Office on 164th Street, 11432. No one is answering the phone. It just rings constantly. I left something for our mailman for a week now, over the holiday and I wanted to know if our mailman is on vacation. This post office is lousy for not picking up calls. As another person stated, we are paying for a service. I wish I could ignore some people, when they call at my place of business, but it's part of my job to answer the darn phone.
I need your kind assistance. My package LN160321552US arrived at our USPS facility in JAMAICA, NY 11430 on October 9, 2014 at 1:39 pm. The last status is : The item is currently in transit to the destination. Till now I haven't received yet my package and the status remain the same. The package had to be shipped to DR Congo.
