Park & Save

Parked our car for a month came back and one of the employees took our key home and we had to wait almost 3 hours for them to get us our keys. When we finally got our car, there was a pillow, clothing, napkins as though someone had been eating, sleeping and using our car.

1) They do NOT accept Credit or debit cards and you are not told this until you try to pay and then they send you to the motel next door to use there ATM and pay a fee to withdraw.



2) They do NOT give you a receipt even if you ask for one.



3) It took 3 calls for them to answer the phone when it was time for me to get picked up from the airport.



4) Their attitude is if you don't like us too bad.



The one good part of this company was the guy who drove the van.

I used Park & Save because of Groupon to save money but I will not use them again, If you want my money treat me like a person not someone wasting your time.
