        Where do i start with this review. Horrible Customer service. I made an appointment last week for getting my tires replaced at 11am today and got a confirmation saying that it is all good to go. I drove 40 minutes from my home to reach there just to hear that the tires are not delivered yet and will be delivered at 2pm. Why would you give someone an appointment when you cannot even honor it. So i left the place and came back around 145 when the tires were delivered. Again no apologies and the guy took the keys and asked me to wait and said it should be done in about an hour. It took them freaking 1 1/2 hour to just pull in my car into their garage. They should have taken my car right away for service to honor my 11am appt for which they gave me trouble earlier. After a wait for about 3 hours they finally brought the car to me again with no apologies what so ever. Thats not all they filled the new tires with 41 psi where as the manufacturer suggested pressure for my car and the same tire size is 35 psi. Really? Wasted my entire day. Horrible experience. Stay away.
