This is the place and people you cannot trust. They sold me a car that they claimed was never in accident. When I brought it to my mechanic, I found out that entire driver's side was smashed, front axle was bent and all tires are worn out uneven. I had to bring the car back to them to get axle replaced. Also the sales guy Matthew never mentioned there was only one smart key ($500 worth) until all papers were signed. He promised to get me a spare one but stopped responding to my messages and never returned my calls. There were also al lot of minor issues I had to repair myself.

I called several times, tried to get in touch with Matthew or Michael, the owner but noone ever returned my calls.

So be aware and take your business somewhere else. This Matthew guy would call you brother/sister, give you his word, promise to get the stars from the sky, swear on Bible/Torah/Koran but as soon as you close the deal, he would ditch you.

Matthew, karma is a bitch, it will bite you in the ass one day.

So it's been a month since I bought my 2011 accord! And I love my car! I spent a lot of time trying to find the right car for me and when I went to masters auto I wasn't disappointed. The staff was amazing and never made me feel pressured to buy from them. I will be buying all my future cars from max world. They have made a lifetime client out of me!!

I shopped all around queens, went to Majorworld, Hillside motors, and ended up at Prince Auto, I found them to be fairest in price and the staff was not at all pushy. I ended up riding my BMW home that day. I recommend.

Do not.. I repeat do not.. waste your time, energy and or money on these thieves. I went to look at a scion on April 18. BEN made me put as deposit on the car ($500) and after test driving that piece of garbage .. there were many things that needed to be fixed. They tried to hustle me n say ya well take care of it n all this non sense.. n to my luck, their "mechanic" was done for the day. This gave me time to look for better deals.. so I found one at long island auto find. The car they were trying to stick me w was a 2011 scion w 60k miles for 14k all together. The car I got from LI auto is a 2012 scion w 20k for the same!!!With warranty! So the next day (April 19) I called, Ben assured me I'd get my $500 back that day. Guess what... it's may 2.. I've called numerous times just to get the run around from that fat tub of lard n his skeezball greasy hairy unibrow looking monkey midget partner .. so instead of showing up there and blowing their windows with BB's.. I played it smart ;)

So when it comes to used car dealerships everyone is a little hesitant because of the bad stories they hear. Luckily I actually found a good one with amazing people who weren't trying to screw me over but actually help me out. They gave me more than the value was on my trade in and sold my daughter an amazing car that she absolutely loves. I definitely recommend anybody who needs a car to stop by and speak with mike or ben. Two angels sent from above I swear.
