Safelite AutoGlass

Made an appointment a week in advance. Took the day off from work for this appointment and nobody showed. Called the Company and was told that they would have to order the glass...geeez..don't waste your time or money(missing work) dealing with these incompetent individuals. Take your business to Locally Owned Glass Installer's..!!!!

I have a windshield installed by Safelite (not this location) and it began to leak ---causing wet floorboards and we kept trying to find the leak and eventually believed that our Tahoe developed a leak in the AC drain as I saw water dripping from the fan housing. I took the Tahoe to the Chevrolet Garage where I purchased it new and they checked for the leak and found the windshield to be leaking and caulked the inside as a temporary repair until I got it fixed by Safelite where their corporate flunkies told me that our garage voided the warranty by caulking the interior of the windshield to stop the leak long enough for a proper repair. This was done so they (Safelite) could weasel out of their warranty responsibility. There would have been no need for any caulking (Temporary or Not) had they installed the windshield properly in the first place and instead of honoring and repairing their faulty product they found a lame excuse to not get out of their obligations.
