Pools Patios and Spas

We bought this Pool on 4/23/2017. From the start there was confusion. Nobody was sure if they even had the pool in stock, the owner said he was unsure and the sales lady said there was one left. There wasn’t. Mr. Pollard, the owner, said as soon as it arrives he would have his crew install the next day. The pool was installed on 5/04/2017. A crew of three came to install the pool. One knew how to do it, the other two were at best beginners and it showed. Every task had to be explained which slowed down the work greatly. The following few days were rainy and cool so no one entered the pool. On 5/17/2017 I got in the pool to vacuum and clean the pool. I stepped on a sharp object under the liner. I stopped and went to the office to inform Mr. Pollard of the problem and he sent Chip out that afternoon and he confirmed something was under the liner. Said he would have to get with Mr. Pollard to see how to fix the problem. I did not hear from Pools Patios and Spas after that. On Friday 5/19/2017 after waiting a day and a half I went to the office to find out what was going on with the repair. I was told the crew was coming out tomorrow to fix the pool. The arrived around 1130 and left a trailer with tools to fix the pool. Chip said they had to make a quick delivery and he would return soon to start the job. They returned around 4or 4:15 and set up a pool to transfer the water into and started the pump running and left without saying a word like when they would be back. The receiving pool was put together wrong and one side was breaking down because of no support leg installed. I changed the pump around to put water back in my pool before it broke through the wall of the old one. Called Mr. Pollard to inform him of what happened and he assured me someone would be out Sunday morning between 9 and 10 o’clock to complete the work. The problem has been fixed and now to refill the pool. I lost approx. 3500 gals of treated pool water. Hopefully we will not have any more issues with this pool.
