        NO concept of customer service

        I called this office and tried to ask a general question. The receptionist hedged and argued with me and then hung up on me. I understand not wanting to get backed into a corner legally, but I wasn't asking for legal advice; I was just trying to understand something I was reading. These people are clearly more concerned with covering their rears than having a professional conversation that MIGHT have led to them having a new customer.
