- The History of CRI Properties CRI Properties opened its doors in December 1998, in a second-floor office bullpen space above Greer Garricks Office supply store on New Bridge Street. Our initial roster included three agents and one office staff person. Soon after we opened, Petey the parakeet perched on the sill of an open window and was welcomed as our first pet.

The staff at CRI Properties, Inc. are very professional, helpful and kind. Their main goal is to please their customers.
CRI Properties, Inc. are good people to work with. They're knowledgable, helpful, and go the extra mile for you.
I've always found everyone I've dealt with at CRI Properties to be very professional. They're great about getting back to me with any questions or problems I have.
I'm telling you that you DO NOT want to rent from these people or have them as your property managers!! They never check on the houses like they say they will, they don't fix things they are supposed to after you tell them to!! They sure don't make sure your house is being repaired properly but they are all about taking your money and saying they are doing their job until you go check it out for yourself!! Then it's blamed on the tenant or yourself!! These people are a bunch of crooks that charge you for anything and everything and then don't do what has been charged for!!! If you don't believe me, message me and I will send you my pictures and the statements they sent me!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!!
I would say they certainly have proven to me professional as well as knowledgeable. Whenever I had any concerns I was about to get a response right away.

Provided by SuperpagesI certainly would recommend CRI Properties to anyone in the area. If I had to choose a company just based on customer service as well as professionalism I would without a doubt pick CRI.
They are very responsive to owners requests which is great. The maintenance crew and the property management are all well organized. They are prompt at answering anything I have questions to.

They are extremely easy to work with as well as quick to answer any questions that I had asked about. They certainly are professionals.

CRI Properties is the best Real Estate Company in Jacksonville, North Carolina. They have nice homes to sale and to rent to meet your
income or to accommodate the size of your family. CRI Properties has an excellent Maintenance Staff to take care of all their rental
properties repairs. The Staff at CRI Properties, Inc are very professional , helpful and kind . Their main goal is to please their customers .
I am very satisfied and excited about our purchase of our new house thanks to CRI. The staff was very knowledgeable and experienced which made the process that much easier.

CRI has been awesome over the past 5 years. I really feel fortunate as I've heard of so many companies that has no customer service whatsoever. They have done a great job.
