The building is in good shape. They have an old style drive-thru. It is on the other side of the building. They have all kinds of food which are decendly priced. They do need more sides that come with their food. Like mashed potatoes and stuff like that. Inside the building there are 3 televisions with places to sit and enjoy yourself while you eat. They have the internet service for people that what to bring a lil bit of work to lunch with them. The service is friendly durning the day. To be honest, I have not been there at night or during the weekend. The biggest problem that I have found for the business is that they run out of all the good food before the week is up. When I go in there at the first part of the week they have all kinds of stuff and by the end of the week they will be out of the Talipia, Trout, Gizzards, and that famous Cole Slaw. Man that stuff is good. They only give you a lil bit of it though. That is when they remember to give it to you. I have noticed that it is kept in a cooler and the food is served hot so the girls forget to give it out, so WHEN you go be sure to ask for it when you get your food. Another strange thing is that the napkins are kept on the tables, they never seem to have any there where you can just grap some are you get your food to go. All in all everything is good. It just needs someone to get in there and get the minor things together. I will be returning tomar. I know it will be a good experience again.

I've gone here several times and overall have had really good beers. The beer selection is amazing, some of the best in JAX. They have a good variety of beer. I love hops and they didn't let me down. Every time I have gone, there are lots of different beers with hops. Their dark brews are pretty good too. They offer flights here which is nice if you want to try a variety of beers before ordering a pint. I like the atmosphere, it's very casual. I've never had trouble finding seating. I'm sure they can get pretty busy and tables could be hard to come by. There is no food served here but there is always a food truck in their parking lot. They have a parking lot to park your car. There is a separate water area at the end of the bar so no one has to wait for water. The service needs improvement. That's why this place is not getting full stars. The bar tenders have ignored me when it wasn't busy a few times. I've sat at the bar waiting to be helped and they just walk by me like I don't exist. When I had my credit card in hand to pay, they've walked on by without notice. Then it becomes my JOB to wave them down. Great beer, lacks friendly and helpful service.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville, actually located in Julington Creek. We've been eating at Clark's for years and have witnessed all their changes for the positive. The food and service is always excellent and the ambiance is out of this world. If you want to see fish tanks, stufffed bears, lions and all kinds of critters located all over the restaurant, this is your place. You can sit outside on the deck and feed the turtles and the menu is extensive. Want gator toes? Got em'... Want a big ol' piece of prime rib? Got it. They've got something for everyone and it's very kid friendly! I highly recommend Clarks and we'll probably go back again this weekend! :)
