    Worst Management staff EVER

    We have been living here for 11 months. This was the worst decision we ever made!! They are filled with roaches and the management staff are soooo rude once you sign the lease. I was shocked on how they treat you!!!! There are so many ""Midnight"" moves happening and I now see why. Cars are being broken into almost daily. Loud cars and motorcycles scream the neighborhood 24/7. They also raised our rent by $300 per month after only one year. Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else! The managing company is MAA...so make sure you stay away from them too!!!

    Woodhollow Apts wouldn't negotiate…

    Woodhollow Apts wouldn't negotiate payments on my indebtedness so that I can get another apartment, I stayed 18 months but had difficulties when my least expired.. Their management office in Tampa would nt negotiate a settlement although I told him my situation.

    Great place otherwise.
