        Overall

        Worst store ever. They screwed up my phone and have been overcharging me by 40 every month. It's been over 5 months and they still have not fixed it. They just point fingers to Sprint and never call me back. Sprint is looking into it now because they will not resolve. Don't go here. Also cost me 350 in rebates due to their mistake.

        I was in the sprint store today to take my phone in for repairs, the customer service rep gave me wrong information

        and told me that my phone would be ready in a hour and a half, so I called and it was not ready because the customer

        service rep did not tell me the corect information.

        I drove too the store to speak to a manager and they told me that I had to wait over an hour to se a manager
