Sonoma Southside Apartments

We moved in on the premise that this place had a volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts, 2 pools etc etc. When we moved in we were told 1 pool is under construction, the basketball court is inaccessible, the volleyball court is nonexistent, the tennis courts are chained off because of vandals leaving drug paraphernalia around. The bedrooms in out place NEVER get below 80, despite running the AC all day at 75. One bathroom shower doesn't get very hot, the other doesn't get very cold. We put in a service order when we moved in and since called twice, no one has yet to come out and fix anything. Yes, the rent is rent but now we know why.

This place has gone downhill rapidly since we first moved in here 9 months ago. The maintenance and upkeep around here is dismal. The pool has been closed for 6+ months now. The gym is a converted garage and just as bad. The basketball court has been closed ever since we moved here although we don't necessarily use those it's just everything in this complex is very poorly maintained and kept to a bare minimum as far as the upkeep and appearance. They constantly shut down water (6+ times since we have been here in less than a year) to try and fix sewer lines that seem to perpetually "break". It's no wonder our entire building is nearly vacant and we will be leaving soon as well. Save yourself some time and find another place to live.

Lived here 2 yrsm gone through more management companies than I can count. Repairs are never done, sewage problems that get covered up. Pools are never open, fitness center closed, basketball courts closed, park closed, a**hole maintenance people. A**hole rental staff who are NEVER available. Both complexes on either side are being remodeled, while we have mold and mildew growing on the inside of hundreds of units. Terrible place to live, great neighbors and area, just not this complex!!!!!

We moved here about two years ago. Love the location, neighborhood is real friendly, amenities in the condo are good also.
