Rivers End Apartments

It was the worst place I have lived in the over thirty years of my life. It made me sick, since I have moved out I have felt 180% better physically and mentally. ( I think they still use grey pipes ). Their Maintenance is a complete joke. They have no idea what pest management is. I told them about the silverfish, Spiders, Roaches, Palmetto bugs, and many other pests I found and saw in my home and they said " well we will put you on the top of the list but we are in between pest people right now,) eight months later when I move out, still they had not did anything about the pests. They feel it is the tenants job to provide security throughout complex. The management are rude and accuse people and are complete morons. the apartments are completely dusty and nasty, When I moved I was amazed and the dust and all that had accumulated, ( also some weird substance that had accumulated on the water heater ?? kinda freaked me out. , ( and I'm not a dirty person) the Air conditioning/Heating worked sometimes and their way of fixing would be to come and tinker with it and say well it needs this particular part but we can't afford that so you'll have to make due with a trick to get it to work. everything in that apartment in old and should have been put out of use long ago. You hear gunshots every night almost. rows of cops everywhere. You hear about robbery's every day. I am not a disgruntled resident. I moved out willfully and quickly. I just want others to know so they do not have to go through what I went through living there. stress-fully painful both physically and mentally. if you do not believe me call me 904 349 9448 i am not lying
