My daughter have private insurance and medicaid they told me medicaid won't pay i had to pay 613 i told them sunshine said run it he told the front desk lady jen for me to find another dentist how many people have he did that too.my daughter also said they be mean to you telling you to shut up she said it's an older lady. People be carefully when you have medicaid and a private insurance.

DO NOT trust this dentist. I made he mistake of trusting what they said needed to be done and having them do it. I decided to get a second opinion when they told me they were having issues getting approval from insurance to have some work done. I made an appointment with another dentist but one of my childs crowns fell off a tooth so I took him in to have it put back on...that was it...once they got him in there they said they could not put the crown back on and needed to pull the tooth because it absessed - so far 3/6 of the teeth they fixed have had to be pulled because of absess. When I told them not to do that they informed me he was already in the chair and sedated....I never said it was ok for him to be sedated. When we walked out of he office that day they had sedated him with out my permission and pulled 4 teeth. I went back later that day to get copies of consent forms that I signed that day saying it was ok for them to do all that...but there were none...because it wasnt what we were going for. The dentist and assistants were very rude, yelling and carrying on. Stay away from this place.

Do not take your child to see this dentist for any reason. The hygienist made several rude, negative comments about my child that led to us getting into an argument. She then proceeded to tell me to shut up and stepped about 4 inches from my face and put her finger in my face as if she was about to hit me. I asked her, “What? Are you about to get physical?” When I tried to leave the doctor grabbed me by my arm and wouldn’t let go of me. I told him about 5 times to get his hands off my body. After he let me go, he blocked the door and wouldn’t let me leave. Please note there was not any reason what so ever to put his hands on me or to block me from leaving the office. NONE. I called the police on him once I got out of the office. I am now in the process of filing complaints with several government entities.

This guy is horrible!! Hes mean to the kids and awful to the parents. He tries to do procedures that are not needed to scam people out of money. I was told my son need a extraction, kids root canal, crowns on 2 teeth and several fillings. I took him to a different dentist who said there was absolutely nothing wrong with his teeth!

Absolutely horrible dentist and terrible person. My daughter took her son there and the things he said to him and the way he treated him thinking no one would know were beyond awful. He shouldn't be allowed to work with children or people in general. Take away his license

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE!!!! MY CHILD WAS OLD ENOUGH TO TELL ME WHAT THEY DO NE AND THEY WON'T LET YOU GO BACK WITH YOUR CHILD. THEY ARE VERY MEAN TO YOUR CHILD WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE ROOM WITH THEM. I wouldnt trust with them with anyone

My children have been seeing doctor Blake for YEARS. I'm not too sure about the previous reviews so I can not speak to them. I do know that I have always been treated with respect and my kids no longer fear going to the dentist (a fear they developed while seeing their previous dentist). I recommend Dr. Blake to all my friends and have received no complaints from any of them. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because Dr. Blake will not allow parents to come back in the room with the children. While I understand why, I'm not 100% comfortable with that, although my kids seem to like it.

If their dental service is anything like their customer service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!

Attention*** Do Not send your child/children to this doctor. Very Rude doctor and staff. Reporting him to the ADA for fraud.
