This Quest Diagnostic on Dunn Avenue has a very very very poor customer service. Even I had an appointment, I was still treated like a walk in patient. The lady who administered the check-in process needs a training. Even though it states on my insurance card the number still she could not read. Also, asking me silly questions even though the answer is on the paper. She has no interpersonal skills. They are all unprofessional and unfriendly. They do not know how to prioritize those patients with reserved appointments. I felt really descriminated. Once I entered in that office I felt a hostile environment. The only person that did a good job was the lady who administered my blood work. I will never ever come back in that location again! The only reason I picked the Dunn Avenue location was because it was on my way to work. I would not recommend this office again. I did not expect this kind of treatment especially in a healthcare and customer service world.
