After living here for 7 years there has been so many different managers its unbelievable. The maintenance people are not worth nothing. They have little to no experience. There contract that you sign says, basketball courts, Tennis Courts and Swimming pool. No basketball or tennis courts, has been turned into storage lot for rvs and junk. The pool is not very well maintained and there security cameras don't work. They know there are drugs being sold and still do nothing to correct the problem. Pot holes throughout complex. They will give you a notice and if you don;t fix they will do it and charge you but the homes they own are falling apart, trash all over and kids running rampant throughout park. They should be ashamed to call there self managers and they lie. There not qualified to run this place. The residents are afraid to say anything because there afraid of being evicted. They should survey residents and what they would like. The owner needs to invest in upkeep of this property.

I am very surprised that the office is so helpful, kind, and go overboard to get you moved into the trailer but do not return your calls after you are moved in. And what's up with no pool this summer, that's one of the reasons we moved in this area.

second review from plumbing problem girl and the maint people left ruts in my yard because they didnt want to get THERE FEET WET like I have to so they drove through my yard to put some notices on by back door? why cant they go to the front door? weird! I agree with the first review pat and lee dont care they just cut corners however they can it would not have hurt to go in halves on my plumbing but now I see how they are! need maint or help? dont call them they dont give a darn! I had to pay for the tenant that lived here before me Miss Davis's plumbing clog NOT FAIR! the good? cheap lot rent if you own your mobile home tats about the only good.

So my husband and I purchased a mobile home in the park and was told more than once that the plumbing and the electric was good well they were only half correct in only a few days of living there the plumbing was in fact clogged we tried to get the maint people to come assess the situation to see if it was under ground there problem or above the ground my problem well the new assistant mngr Danielle was CLUELESS!she gave me wrong information and told me that it was ALL my problem since I own the home well maint man showed up almost a week later! well during that week the clog got worse and we couldnt really take a bath and dishes ect.so I ended up calling roto rooter and dished out 200 big ones! they did snake out my drain and the park drain too because I was told it was all my problem by Danielle so i thought the fair thing to do was maybe go halves but no way! and also my driveway if it rains you cant even get out of your car or get in without taking your shoes off flooding issue!

I have lived here since 1982 and I am still here. I know a lot of community people that don,t like the new management. Do to the factor we have sgins up that say community watch. But we do not have that what is said do to the factor that people have been stilling from James a Moore,s community like AC united and people are also not paying lot rent and owe a lot of money to the owner. How I fill about management pat and lee could do better it seems like they don,t care anymore about the people of this community and making it a better and safe place we need someone who can make a differents and also make money for James a Moore we need new management and a new assistant management. I would also like to say there has been so many management taking money from the owner like, Regina Gullman, Donnie Ion,Jamey Caisse, and also so many maintenance people getting let go like zack Tharp, Cody likens, william house he was the best one they had and they let william go sad. Linda brewer was the best management in this park she did everything by the books. And I would also like to say crystal clevenger that still lives here tried to make things happen to I think she would be the best management for this community she has great ideal for making things happen for this park to make it safe and make the owner money. Also we have not got know newsletter in a long time also Florida state laws say anyone living in this community that is under section8 they are spouses to have community meetings every month so yes this community has gone down hill with management pat and lee is know good as the rest that tuck from James A Moore.

I lived here for 3 years now... this park has its ups and downs. Alot of people complain about some of the rules like "not parking on the grass" but don't realize how many times the entire park was out of water because some a$$hole parked in the grass and busted a pipe. My complaint is the office staff. The receptionist is a pill head on an emotional rollercoaster.. and lucky for me she's the managers daughter-in-law so I doubt anything will happen to her. Also the maintenance manager Lee is always hiding.. never working. The only person that does their job is the maintenance men. I always see them picking up, raking, helping tenants out.. they are very polite and hard working. Replace the three in the office and I think things will get better..(Lee, Pat, and the cashier)

i was shown around your community this afternoon by one of your workers. Nolan, I was very impressed by all the knowledge he had of the different trailers and how dedicated he was to his job. to show me and my husband around after he was off. We are looking to move into a home as soon as possible and look forward to meeting with your staff very soon to see if we can become a part of your community. we were impressed by how quiet the community is and how friendly some of the residents are.
