Believe it or not, customer service and pride in your work still exists. Selected a new head unit for my daughter’s 2010 Toyota matrix in their shop and it was fully installed and we were out the door in less than an hour. Thanks again Miami Pro staff.

Had a problem with the speakers in my 4-Runner. Didn't want to go to a 'big box" store. Miami Pro Audio had temporarily closed its Beach Blvd location but decided to go the extra miles and drive to Main Street location anyway because of their reputation. Glad I did. Marcos and Joel know their stuff. No oversell. Prices were extremely competitive. And, they did a great job. Audio system sounds better than ever. I can pump the sound without worrying about blowing a speaker. In and out in 45 minutes like promised. Now Christy wants new speakers. Guess where I'm going! BTW - They crank the volume and bass more than I do. Note to self - buy Advil!!!!

I went here to get my backseat measured so they could build me a box. It was currently 9am and when I showed him my backseat he told me he could have two 8s installed by 12. I was skeptical because I wanted something that would hit hard but he ensured me that the two 8s would. As he promised it was finished by 12 and I was amazed. They had amazing customer service and reasonable prices. I will definitely be taking my truck over there again!

the customer in last review showed up a 900 estimate from the dealer replace his lexus radio. He also had 570 estimate he wanted me to match from another stereo shop. I told him to pay 50 dollars for a diagnostic i told him i would try fix it with no promises because they were an elderly couple. i repaired the radio and the customer didnt want to the bill that he agreed to pay for the diagnostic. Maybe preferred 900 for lexus 600 from the other shop. Ungrateful people........50 was cheap for a repair.

The positive reviews are what caused me to go here, but I have to say that I was over-charged. I agreed to a $25.00 diagnostic charge even though it was evident that there was a jammed CD. He got it out in less than 5 minutes and charged an additional $25.00.

Had my pioneer champions installed in my 2016 charger. They did a fantastic job. I made an appointment for 3pm and they were ready and waiting to get started on the dot!I was with my whole family so they made sure to make it quick so we didn't have to wait long. We were directed to the waiting area by a little Spanish place that had delicious food and a good taste of music. As soon as we finished our food we received a call to our surprise that our car was ready. It was priced very fairly, and even received an e-reciep that broke down the charges. subs sounds excellent!!! I will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Grade A service! The owner was very informative over the phone and offered a price much less than other car audio shops. When I went into the store the staff was friendly and worked with me to find the best system that suited my needs. They even went the extra mile to offer me a rebate and military discount. I'm a believer in hard working family businesses that put customers first. I'll be going back!

The Miami Pro is family owned and operated and when you go there you feel like family as well. They efficiently and effectively fixed my audio problems and suggested some amazing upgrades. The experience was wonderful. They were friendly, highly experienced and the most competitive prices in town. They take the time to explain every step of the process and the correct installation and products for your vehicle. I have entrusted them to replace the entire system in my company vehicle, design and install on two of my sons vehicles and my personal toy. And last but not least, they found multiple problems with a system that was installed by another company, will not name, on my motorcycle, Miami pro far exceeded my expectations on the system they designed for my Harley road glide. I can not rave enough about Miami Pro Audio! It truly is a hidden gem. First of all, it is a family owned business which is amazing to me. I drive a 2013 Camaro and when my radio went out, it caused all sorts of other problems with my air, lights, and turn signal. I took it to the dealership and they said replacing the radio would cost me $800 (for a basic radio...not a name brand). I called Miami Pro to get a second opinion and talked to the owner Marcos. He told me to bring it by and he would look at it for free! (Coggin Cheverlet charged me $72, just to look at it!) After explaining the issues, Marcos put me at ease telling me that replacing the radio and one other part would fix all my problems. His son installed my system the next day and it only took a few hours. It is a touch screen Pioneer radio with a DVD player, Bluetooth, and all the bells and whistles. I don't have to use an aux cord anymore!! I will definitely be back to get subs put in soon. They are amazing!!

Marcus and his sons are the best in jacksonville. I gt a used D class monoblock JBL sub amp and hooked it to a downfiring 15. I had to turn the amp all the way almost all the way down...it was the lowest and cleanest bass i ever had...After i left the bass was hitting so hard i had to go back so they could tighten my mirror that loosened up on the winshield. The install was quick and they have the best prices in town...chk thm out...u wont regret it

Why go to the rest, when you can go to the best. Religious family owned business good honest people that actually have passion what they do they're not just in it for the money. Don't judge a book by its cover. They have high end equipment and they have low end equipment. No matter what your budget is or how little or how huge you want your system to be they can get it done better than anyone else at an honest price. I came in after getting screwed by some employees of one of the fancy well known stereo shops in the city. They sorted things out and even got me to buy some things I couldn't be happier their advice and understanding was A1. I guarantee you no matter what your budget is you will get the most for your money from Miami pro take their advice and you won't be displeased. Hands down the best

I am from Atlanta and I decided that I wanted to add a Sub to my truck while driving back home, well I got a great install @ a great price, I even was upgraded to a better system at no additional cost. I will certainly make a 6 hour drive back for more audio needs,
