This is a for profit hospital and they care far more about making a fast buck than they do about doing the right thing for the health and well being of the patient.

Heart/Cath department is great. My father has been a patient there for years and he always gets top notch care there!

the care on the 5th floor is poor.They do not have enough nurses to help pateints.If you have a loved one in there you better stay with them to help them.

Both of these departments need help. I had an outpatient test done on May 7, 2008. The young lady in the admitting office over charged me on for my co-pay. She also pulled up my insurance records and insisted that I owed $238.00 on my deductible.

My co-pay for this procedure is $95.00, not the $100.00 that I paid. Now noone in your office knows how to give me a credit for $5.00.

I would appreciate some one in Authority to help me in getting back my $5.00. Senior citizens should not be treated this way.

The medical staff at the hospital are great. Your accounting and admitting departments need more training.
