They will inconvenience you at no regard. That's it in a nutshell. I had a appointment for alighnment and after more than a two hr wait I inquired about how much longer the wait would be. I was told that we can not even give you a time frame. What was the freaking appointment for after the inconvenience and expense of driving 80 miles for? I left very angry and inconvenienced.

We bought a truck there and took it on the road for 3 weeks and everyday had a issue with it. When we took it back several times, started getting the run around. Was late for loads. Very disappointed!!

I had a metal Heater line rusted and leaking like crazy, had to add 3-4 gallons of coolant in one day. I called service, which is open 7am to midnight, spoke to Mike he said bring it in, when I arrived Mike was already gone for the day, Ebb said no problem. Line was replaced and I was on my way, very pleased!

Been there done that, you're lucky at least it didn't cost you thousands. Work no good company won't stand behind work once you leave town. Get this, Jacksonville's my hometown.
