Founder Dr. Chris Roberts established Jacksonville Spine in 2000, with the goal of creating a patient centric interventional spine center. Our focus is on providing individualized care for our patients. Our staff initially concentrates on documenting detailed information related to a patient’s condition and the effect acute or chronic pain has had on their life.         The office in Fleming Island is absolutely fantastic!! From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Ms. Darlene to when you leave and Ms. Patty helps you. Both for sure make the experience that much better. I personally love when someone, especially at a busy Dr. Office takes the time to know you, help you, and make the experience that much better for you it is for sure worth noting. The doctors I have seen, have helped me through lots of pain and this office runs smoothly. The whole office is a great team and I would give them a higher rating if I could.

        I have been a patient here for...

        I have been a patient here for several years and one thing I know is that pain meds are not handed out like candy. Yes they do help you with your pain, but they also do everything possible to manage it with other proceedures. I have had everything they do so I should know. I now have a pain pump which helps but does not completely cover my pain. I was disappointed that is did not, so I have to supplement with a breakthrough medication. I don't mind that but my experience is very different, I can't get enough medication. I have had 3 back surgeries, numerous proceeders from nerve blocks to burning the nerve, there is nothing else to do except start all over and my doctor will not go any higher than a lortab 10. So I will let you form you own opinion, I do like the professionalism and everyone except for the dr I see. But once you see someone you are stuck. So if you do choose to go here I suggest you see Dr. Roberts, he started the facility and I have a friend who sees him and he has a common sense approach unlike the Doctor i have. You either do it his way or you go your way........
