They illegally hold you in prison and keep you there. They will even beat you up and get away with it. They Breathalyzer is not tamper proof and they can set it the way they want it to read and this is why they do not like the new way to make sure that you have been drinking. The Florida State bar gets involved add what ever they want to even though they have no proof of what you have been charged with. They will even inform you that if you are able to qualify for Financial aid they will do this for you and they do not give you Finical aid like they said that they would do. They love to go after Gay people and other minorities due to there thinking that you are a perfect candidate to keep you in prison and the city will make a great deal of money from you and again for the city.



You have better be able to pay everything or they will place you back in Jail. In addition never be late nor miss your scheduled appointment with your Probation officer or you may be placed back in jail. They will make another court date for you to see a judge. What you will be charged with is Violation of your parole.



There are more crooked and abusive Police then good and law abiding Police in the city of Jacksonville, Fl . Please, be careful when you are out in this city and arm yourself legally and monitory as much as you can in order to protect yourself.
