I have used this Goodyear on several occasions, and every time they have failed me. A simple oil change has always been more than 2 hours. The most recent infraction involves the tires they put on my wife's car. The day the tires were installed the asst. manager George called us to notify us that they did not have the tire size we requested (the recommended size for our car), but he had a size that would work. After the installation we began hearing noises when pulling out of the driveway and my wife's gas mileage went downhill. After getting a 2nd opinion from another mechanic, it was discovered the tires were too large for the vehicle. So I went back to the Goodyear on Kori/San Jose to correct the problem. They hesitated to fix the mistake, even though there were rub marks in the wheel well and every source I showed them stated the tires were not correct. The manager Freddie dragged his feet, and continued to deny fault, but finally replaced the tires. Overall very disappointed with this Goodyear location.
