We received EXCELLENT Service from Ebb and the Team at the Beaver Street location in Jacksonville, FL. We have a Monaco Diplomat with a 400ISL Cummins Diesel... Took it to the local Cummins Diesel Repair Shop that supposedly specializes in RV Cummins Diesel Repair down here in South Florida... They said that the issue was with the Exhaust Brake System (PacBrake) and therefore would not repair it. Took it to the FleetPride Service Center on Beaver Street in Jacksonville who correctly diagnosed the issue as an exhaust manifold leak, ordered the parts and completed the repairs in a week's time. Ebb and the team consistently kept us informed, took care to ensure that the work area that they had to use in the motorhome was protected/kept clean and was extremely knowledgeable to include terminology such as "PacBrake" that Cummins seemingly was unable to know anything about! And, when we came to pick up the motorhome, it was even washed for us! Thank you, Ebb, and the entire FleetPride Team at this location for the EXCELLENT Service that we received. It may be over 4 hours to get there from our location but it was well worth the trip and, if the need should ever arise, we will make that drive to their facility again!
