I have used Eagerton Plumbing before. This time the plumber Glenn came to my house. First, I told him what was wrong with my shower. He then told me that is how it is supposed to work. Well I have lived in my house for over a decade and know how things should work. Then he installed a part and gave me a bill for $389.00 He tried to fix the leaking faucets and asked me to help him turn the top while he worked underneath. He needs to take along an assistant if he needs help. Finally when he was done the faucets were not sitting properly due to a different type of stem he replace it with. Now I am left with faucets that does not sit properly and there is a space at the bottom. Glenn is unprofessional, and takes twice as long to complete work, and provides sloppy work. He constantly interrupted me while I was finishing a report. He was like a little clueless kid. What a waste of my time.
Stay away! Very unprofessional try to charge for everything including their gas and their gloves. At job less than an hour tried to charge for an hour and half. I will never use them again.
Very poor service. Took over a few weeks just to get them to call me. Then once they got here they started charging me when the plumber was out in the truck drinking coffee. I did the $79 deal for an hour work but they said (but did not prove) the deal was to charge 15min before and after to hand write the bill. On the phone they said the job would only cost the $79. So it was $79 for 1/2 hour work. Then when the plumber broke a part he charged to fix it. When I asked the plumber to show me where the extra charge was written down he refused and was very nasty about it. He also said it would was my time to call the plumbing company. I will never use them again and let everyone I know not to use them.
Wayne and his brother are a true asset to Eagerton. They did an exceptional job on repiping my home. He even went as far as squeezing into a small space so that he wouldn't have to cut into my bathtub tile. They made sure the job was done right and went above and beyond. THANKS EAGERTON!
