Cosmo Nail Bar

Over charged me $65. When I called for a refund, the employee scream and cussed and threaten to kill me!!! Then the manager offered my half of the amount I was over charged. When I declined that offer he FINALLY agreed to pay the full amount, but hung up on my repeatedly and said it was harassing them to call back and resolve the situation.

I will follow up with my Credit Card company to ensure I do actually get my money back.

I never had gel polish on my nails and I went in and requested regular Polish, the lady kept insisting that I get gel so I asked if it was safe because my nails had just grown back from acrilic and they were strong and finally healthy.

She said I should be fine the gel is good. well to start off she filed my nails uneven, she didn't paint the entire nail, everyone in the salon kept looking at my chest tattoo like I was some animal, and I just didn't appreciate it. About two weeks later I decided to take the gel polish off without knowing it would shed a layer of my nail off because I was never informed.

so I called and spoke to the owner and he says "Well maybe you didn't ask all the questions that you were supposed to ask, most people would know to come in and take it off"

I've never had gel polish before so I informed both him and the lady who did my nails about the being new to this technique so obviously no I didn't know. Maybe I should've asked, but still I mean if I say I never had it maybe you should tell me how to take it off, common sense.

Anyway, my nails and brittle and cracked and I don't fully blame them, I just don't appreciate being told that I should've known when I made it clear twice that I never had it before...

Usually I'm very skeptical as to trying a new salon so when I first heard about Cosmo, I didn't

know what to expect. I walked in and this facility exceeded my expectations completely! This salon is not your average spa. The customer service is fantastic, the salon is beautiful (I love their central chandalier) and on top of that, they offers complimentary margaritas! This spa is very sanitary and I love the color scheme of the entires place. Will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to have this experience at Cosmo Nail Bar!

Went in for a pedicure, next day had blisters all over my heels. I was excited for the 'nail bar', but it was half a$$ed.

I was so excited about this "nail bar". I set up appointment for my girlfriend and I. I got the worst fungus from that place. They reused same instruments files on others without cleaning them. Then I watched them reuse same foot spa without sanitizing. Yuk!!!!! Nail person said the owner hires nail people without license and that their learning and she would tell them about sanitizing...hmmmm. I will never go back!
