I called to set-up a time for a service call. The lady who answered the phone was very short and rude. I told her to give me a time frame for the visit and she could not do it. When I called back and inquired about the time, she still had no information to share. I told her I needed someone that day and she told they could not and she cancelled before I could say anything. I would most certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone. If she is the reflection of the quality of work of Cline, this company is in trouble.

Almost $400 later, ice maker still not fixed. The female who answered the phone was just horrible! So much so we taking our business elsewhere. All we wanted was to set up a time to get someone out! She wouldn't even listen to us. She got hung up on something that she perceived us to be insinuating. Very poor customer service.
