BTS Limousine

I recently hired BTS limo to help my wife and i celebrate our anniversary. i can honestly say that Brian was the most professional driver and helped us with suggestions the made our night even more special! i will absolutly recommend BTS to anyone who may be looking to make a special occasion just a little bit better!

I planned a vacation in Ponte Vedra Beach at the Ponte Vedra Inn. I call BTS to set up transportation from the Jacksonville airport to the Inn. We arrived in Jacksonville and followed the directions to meet our driver. He was called to come retrieve us from the curb. We sat there and watched him finish his ciggarette before he even began to pick us up at the curb. Once we were on our way to Ponte Vedra the car reaked of smoke. It was awfull!!!! I made a comment and he ignored me! We arrived at the Inn and were very glad,felt as If i needed a shower after that ride. I spoke to the desk clerk at the Inn and they had said they DO not recommend BTS becuase of the drivers they employ. PLEASE reasearch your car service companies before you committ!! BTS should not be on the list!!!!!

I am thrilled I hired BTS Limo!! I had a surprise birthday party for my mom's 70th birthday. The limo driver arrived early and was quite wonderful with everyone's surprised reaction. I had included a passenger at a different location who had a broken ankle. It was a fantastic choice. The driver was professional and courteous as he helped everyone safely exit the vehicle and go into the restaurant.



I was concerned what the driver would be doing during the two hours between drop off and pick up. He remained in the limo and was ready to help load up the various packages when the time came. All of the people who rode in the limo were thrilled with the experience because of the driver's/company's professionalism.

I work at the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, FL and we always love to reccommend our clients, guests, brides, etc...to the wonderful people at BTS Limo! Everyone is extremely professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable! I recently hired BTS for a Bachelorette party and we had a fun, SAFE, relaxing night out. We never had to worry about where our driver, Brian was or how to reach him. He was early picking us up so we didn't have to wait around and we gave him the places we wanted to go and he took us there, without us providing the directions.



Previous to my position now, I worked as the Concierge and always was very comfortable recommending BTS to our guests and didn't have to worry about double checking. They have a wonderful online system of booking! Our guests loved their drivers and the CLEAN vehicles inside and out. Whether it is a ride from the airport, girls' night out, a group outing, tailgating, a bus, limo, SUV, call BTS!!!!! They are wonderful!
