This is a little difficult to write. I've been eating Bono's Bar B Q for years; however; the qaulity and service that seems to have become the standard these days is completely unacceptable.\r \r Let me preface this review by stating that the majority of my issues have been with the Bono's location on County Road 220 in Orange Park.\r \r On numerous occasions I have placed drive-thru orders at this location. Upon getting to the window and AFTER paying for the meal I was informed that 1 or more of the items were not available. I would then be asked what I would like to add as a replacement seeing as I've already been charged. Well, let's see. I go there for Bar B Q a full order of squash and a pint of green beans and my choices to replace those are fries, bread or baked beans?\r \r What a joke. After this happened on multiple occasions I began calling in advance to verify they had what I wanted prior to making the drive. Well tonight was the final straw.\r \r I ordered a rib platter, a pork sandwich, Bar B Q cheese fries, a pint of green beans and a full order of squash(with xtra ranch sauce). The pork was drier than a spoonful of sand. The rib platter was missing the bread. There was no ranch sauce, much less extra sauce and my girlfriend and I were wondering who ate 60% of their squash leaving us with their 8 pieces of chip-a-tooth leftovers.\r \r I won't even get into the general lack of concern and attitude from the morons working the window.\r \r It's sad that a restaurant that has such a good menu and food can be so poorly managed. While I'm sure all Bono's are not this disappointing, I've lost all faith and am not willing to take the risk.\r \r Goodbye Bono's and Good Luck!
