AT&T

I went in there to get one simple line added to my current plan. I spent 2 1/2 hours there and eventually walked out telling them I would be back in the morning. I went back the following morning and spent another hour. At the end t of all this the lady had added 3 additional lines and both her and the manager said they would take care of everything. I received my bill today. Not only did they not take care of their errors and apply a $75 credit for my troubles, I have a $350 bill which includes early termination fees and no credit and reflects 4 lines.

I went out looking at several shops here in town, and stumbled on these guys... What a fun group of people, that know their stuff... They helped me find what I needed, and even helped me out to the car with my new skis! Highly recomend to all...-Doris G
