Best Kept Secret on Southside
You will not find a cleaner and quieter place than Art Museum Apts.Management does an awesome job keeping everything well taken care of. The properties down the street however have a bad reputation for their apartments being in poor condition and the police there all the time. I choose Art Museum to get away from that stuff. If you put a workorder in they fix it that day. Also the apartments have new appliances, carpet and new vinyl. I really love mine and the location is great for getting around town. So as I said the best kept secret on the Southside.

AWFUL!!!
Worst Apartment i every lived in . Management is awful. Apartment are old and run down. Would not refer anyone to stay in this dump!!!! Police is always there and alot of activity out there.

The complaintant had a very catchy email address. Obviosly they do no live at Art Museum Apts. and just wanted to slander the business. You can check with the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office to see how many calls for service they have for this property. They comment all the time about how quiet it is and how few calls they get. The other points are that when people view our apartments they constantly comment on how well the grounds are kept and the abscense of trash. You can go to our website to look at the model as this is what the apartment would look like should you rent one minus the furniture ( artmuseumapartments.com)Finally we care about our community and welcome anyone to come see for themselves. Drive through anytime. Daytime, evenings and or weekends and you will see a quiet well kept community. Management
