I purchased my toyota from arlington toyota in 2006. Have not had any major problems to date, as of this writing, Oct. 2010. Although, like most dealers, i feel that after the sale, they do not do much to keep in touch with you or see how your vehicle is performing. Said they could ""definately get my car in at 7am."" Lied about the service and LIED ABOUT THE PRICE! IT TOOK THEM 1 HOUR 45 MIN TO DO A TIRE ROTATION AND BALANCE AND THEY CHARGED ME $87.00! I was lucky enough to work with a salesmen named ""Fish"". He was excellent to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and I do not feel like I got ""screwed"" like many people do when they're car shopping. I brought my car to the Toyota Arlington Collusion Center after an accident. They damaged my power window while they were reparing! my car, they said it is worn out. The staff were very rude. They left black stains on my tan leather seats and never cleaned it. And guess what! They painted the door with mismatch color and they never fixed it.
