They came to my house within 24 hours of my original call for appointment request; he called and asked if he could arrive early; he was done with his work in less than a half hour and was very courteous. Called and the owner Joe came out to my rental property. Renters complained bin was freezing veggies. Joe came out and then called with with possible issues. He offered cheaper recommendation of doing a cleaning coils on back of refrigerator and offered 30 day warranty for him to come back out if cleaning didn't work. May need knew compressor and if so, he actually recommended may be better just to get a new fridge. Very honest and detailed. Also how many Appliance repair guys are Engineers- Joe literally is an engineer by trade and served in the Marines.
Had a problem with our refrigerator made a phone call to All Done Appliance. From the 1st phone call the young lady to the service technician. Best customer service experience we have ever had. I recommend All Done Appliance to anyone who has issues with any appliance. Very affordable prices for there services rendered.
This company is awesome all right. Not to mention one of the few companies that can work on Fisher-Paykel appliances. Arrived early, ex-plained everything to me carefiully and prices are reasonable. Call them if you need appliances repaired - they are good!
i was tired and frustrated calling around to find someone to give me a reasonable price to come look at my washer.Finally I called this company.They were awesome.fixed me up in no time with very reasonable pricing.
