We were a little skeptical going to a big dealer since we had a specific price range but they have something for everybody. Our salesman Jessie was fantastic & super funny. The car we originally went to look for ended up not being what we wanted but Jessie showed us cars that would work for us & didn't pressure us to spend more. Bought a 2013 Tacoma from Keith Person and brought it to Arlington for service a couple of times. Both times they were slow and did an incomplete job. Then when calling to inquire I was told I'd have to talk to someone specific who wouldn't return my calls. Not sure about buying from them but the service experience is awful.Share Review
I was interested in a new Toyota and would have purchased if the management hadn't butted in and started strong arming me. Since when does belittling customers and refusing to return their keys help sell cars? Maybe some people don't mind but you won't get my business.Share Review
I purchased my toyota from arlington toyota in 2006.
Have not had any major problems to date, as of this writing, Oct. 2010.
Although, like most dealers, i feel that after the sale, they do not do much to keep in touch with you or see how your vehicle is performing. I would like to see better customer service relations and show the customer how much they appreciate our business. As without customers, there would be no business and they in turn would have no job!
Their has been a ...view morerecent recall on 2005-2008 models , i am planning to contact arlington toyota this week to see how efficient they are in helping me to figure out if my car is affected by the recall or not. To my understanding this recall is a major problem, as, they stated it has to do with the engine control module, if not fixed can cause a cars engine to stop and you could have a bad crash. So lets see how they take care of this problem. I will write more in the future after i find out the results and let everyone know how arlington toyota is doing in handling these problems.

I was lucky enough to work with a salesmen named ""Fish"". He was excellent to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and I do not feel like I got ""screwed"" like many people do when they're car shopping. I brought my car to the Toyota Arlington Collusion Center after an accident. They damaged my power window while they were reparing! my car, they said it is worn out. The staff were very rude. They left black stains on my tan leather seats and never cleaned it. And guess what! They painted the door with mismatch color and they never fixed it. When you have chance go to another body shop or better place to fix your car. You would not want to deal with those rude and dishonest people.
