Accurate Gutters & Home Works

I had some work done by this company in March of 2009 When there business name was under 'Accurate Gutters and Home Works Inc. The product they used was actually very good materials, but I have encountered problems with their service after the sale. Originally, they put the wrong size 'caps' on the gutter. I had done enough research to realize that and they did within a couple of week replace the gutter with the right size. At that point all was good. I was advised that I have a 10 year labor warranty when I used this company and I do have my receipt. My roofer did some work a couple of months ago and he advised me that the gutter was not properly installed as the water was not draining to the down spouts. So, I called Seborne O'Quinn as he is the individual who did the original estimate. The phone number listed for this company is his cell phone. I have been contacting him on and off since 10/28/10 and it is now 12/2/10 and no one has yet to come to my property to fix the problem. At one point his son Chad did return my call and was supposed to come to the house on 11/16/10...well he was a no show and never called to say he wouldn't be there nor has he called to reschedule. Luckly, call waiting is great and I have his phone number now too. I have left message and Seaborn now told me that they are no longer in business. Funny thing though, both their phone numbers have recordings stating that they are assisting other people and measuring properties. You can check on the status of this company at 'sunbiz.org' You will see that the company is registered under Isabel O'Quinn's name. So, if they are still working, they do not have a active business. My next approach is to contact the better business bureau, the IRS if needed, etc... These folks do not stand by their warranty, I have called over 8 times to try to get this resolved. Beware.
