AA Accurate Truck and Tire Repair

In mid-August my car had a flat tire on I-95 in JAX. AAA said that this company was being dispatched. We never heard from them and they never called us on our cell phone. Called AAA back and told them this. Still no call back from company. After waiting two hours I finally changed the tire myself and drove home.



Today, Oct. 27, AAA dispatched AA Accurate (?!) to my home to tow my car for repairs. Company never called and missed deadline time set by AAA. I called AAA back and they said call had been transferred to another company. AAA called RJR whose driver said he was 5 minutes out. Driver eventually called and said he was enroute from the far westside of town - 30 minutes away! I cancelled the call!
