A Team Taxi Service

Great taxis service had appt:taxi was on time,clean taxi and driver had great personality.Arrived at my appointment on time with 15min to spare.

How does a company line this still have a hack license. .. called to get a ride to work he says 20 minutes but after 40 minutes I called twice they didn't pick up. ... of course no cab still waiting while a write this post of course I just called another but I just wanna scream. ....... gave 1 star couldn't give 0 stars.

One of the best experience in a cab I have ever had,call the night before an set up my appointment ..showed up on time car smill so good ..I was impressed..I will call them again..

CALL GATOR CAB. I was going in for surgery and needed to take a taxi to the hospital. Trying to be proactive I called the night before and scheduled a pick up and told them it was vital to be at the hospital on time. They assured me everything would go smoothly. Well the morning comes and guess what no taxi. When I called to check on the cab he said he had no taxis in my area and I should call Gator Cab for a pickup - and well just too bad I was going to get to the hospital late.



Well a note to all - CALL GATOR CAB...... They came through for me with expedited service.

I called back 1 1/2 hours after I called the first time because I was never picked up. It has been over 2 & 1/2 hours now...no call, no show!

Spoke w/the driver 3xs, kept saying someone was on the way. Waited an hr &no one showed up. Would NEVER recommend this taxi service!

After speaking with the driver multiple times for a scheduled pick up (3-4 hours in advance), he never showed to pick up our business clients. Their response to the no show "we can have someone there in an hour" !!! WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER!! Will NEVER use again! VERY unreliable!

Reliable, timely and friendly! They helped me in a time of need to get my injured son from UNF to a critical care facility. On the return trip, they offered to stop at the pharmacy so he could put his prescription in before returning him to campus. A-Team Taxi is now loaded into my cell phone address book and I plan to call them for all of our taxi needs while our son is at UNF!

I CALLED IN FOR A TAXI AND THE DISPATCHER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE TAXI CAME IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AS PROMISED AND THE DRIVER GOT ME TO WHERE I NEEDED TO BE ON TIME WITH NO HASSLES.
