This is the original Fuji Sushi, not affiliated with the others, on the other side of town. I lived in Japan and have traveled the world, this is the most fresh...did I say fresh? Sushi and sashimi, I've ever tasted. They have great service, quick fast and always smiling. The bathrooms are clean, the decor is wonderful. They grew so popular & fast they had to expand. (They also own Green Lake Chinese.) They don't take any shortcuts; the rolls are always, big and dressed up to perfection for your taste buds. And for an added treat, to tie you over until your "display of artwork" arrives, they give you a complimentary sample, Chef's choice!
Konichiwa fellow Gaijin! Formally Wasabi. The sushi was excellent until the new owners took over. The new Itamae is chinese and uses inferior ingre…
WOW-this place was AMAZING! Went on a Wednesday night and there were only 2 other families there. So it wasn't crowded at all! We sat at the Hibachi table and the Chef gave us a really good show. OH and come hungry because they give you alot of food-my husband couldn't even put a dent in his food! The service was great and like I said the Chef was just awesome...he was very friendly and very good at what he was doing. The BEST steak in town! Better than any steak house I have ever been to. Its a GOTTA 'check it out' place!!!!!
I was part of a party of ten who dined at Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse last night. We all found the food and service to be very good. The sushi was excellent! Yes, they were very busy and I thought the staff were doing the best they could. The only complaint would be that the teppanyaki table clean-up person should wait until the party has left the table before they clean it. Pouring cold water on the hot teppanyaki table produces lots of hot steam which makes sitting at the table while eating your dinner uncomfortable.
