As a Hospital Administrator, I am constantly educating my staff about proper Customer Service. Let me tell you, the staff of the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in Mandarin, have their Customer Services skills perfected. I have never had more people willing to help me at one time as I did this morning. My husband is deployed, I have three children and I am a working mom. You can say I'm a little stressed sometimes. On my way to daycare this morning, a tire weight decided to lodge itself into my tire. My tire deflated quite fast. I called a neighbor who came and put my spare on. I thanked him and he left. As I pulled back onto the main road (I swear, I have the worst luck), my spare tire came off the rim. Now, I had a flat tire and a flat spare. As I drove 10 mph, on a rim, down a busy road in rush hour morning traffic, I was almost in tears and was clueless as to what to do. I pulled into the first place I could, which just so happened to be O'Reilly Auto Parts. I walked in the door, desperate. Within a minute of being there, their customer service skills had calmed me down, reassured me that it would all be ok and even had me laughing. Unfortunately, my tire was not an easy fix. They did everything they absolutely could, but considering they don't have the necessary tools for that kind of job, it was completely understandable. I had to take it somewhere else, but O'Reilly Auto Parts allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot for a couple of hours. When I came back, they even took the flat spare off for me and put the patched tire back on. I am so very thankful that I pulled into their parking lot this morning. When people go out of their way, as they did, it can make a huge difference in the direction of someone's day. I try to tell my employees that all the time. Charlie, you were a life saver! I am so grateful for your kind words, generosity and willingness to help me this morning. The other two employees, I didn't get their names, were great as well. You three went above and beyond what I would have ever expected when I first walked through those doors this morning. All I can say is Thank You!!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!!
you know its a shame to see just how many people in the world will try to weasel there way out of the responsibility of paying for a car by damaging the reputation and credibility of a man and his bussiness. Especially after that same man gives you countless opportunities to make arrangements and YOU yourself cant even show up! nevertheless i still go to mills auto mart for routine maintance on my second vehicle bought from him and even though it has a few quirks its still a darn good running vehicle and martin and his staff have always been more than helpfull everytime i go there. i have also sent a few friends to him and they have all left there happy and in a car they wanted and could afford. Look, if you cant afford a car, dont buy it, or at the very least, return it to him on your own without them having to come get it. but never attack someone for an issue caused by you!! I see so many ppl go in there acting like the world owes them something, or at the very least martin mills does, oh and how wrong they are. I have never seen them handle these situations with nothin but professionalism, and if you have ever seen somethin like this go on there you would know just how hard it would be for an average joe to be able to maintain composure in a situation like that.the calibur of character youll find in those who go there to strt problems is apalling!! Yet Martin Mills and his staff stand unwaivering in the presence of such injustice and still conduct bussiness in a manor that would make donald trump proud. So, Martin, you guys keep doing what you guys do and no matter what these people say remember you guys are the bomb!!! I wouild reccomend this place to the pope if he ever got the knowtion to buy a car!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
I have to say after reading those two reviews I am astonished. This was the best car buying experience ever. I do not know exactly what happened with them, but my story is nothing but pleasant! After going to SIX different car dealers and basically being LAUGHED AT about my credit, I came to Karsrus. Half of the dealers I went to claimed they did not check credit but as soon as I pulled in that was the 1st thing they did! I was told by someone at JD Byrider to go see Charlie at Karsrus. I was already fed up at this point so did not have much hope. As soon as I pulled in they instantly made me feel welcomed. They DID NOT run my credit instead said they went off of my job and down payment amount which was such a relief. Because I had $2000 Down he told me to pick any car on the lot and he'd have me riding in 30 minutes. I didnt believe him so I picked a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I thought there was no way he could do that car with what the other dealers had told me. Charlie made me feel so appreciated when he kept his word and had me out of there driving off in less than an hour! so far I have sent 2 of my friends there who have gotten vehicles. I was very pleased with this dealer and will continue to send my friends and family there. Im sorry you two had a bad experience but I'm sure there must have been a misunderstanding because I do not see them "scamming" anyone.
