Physicians Quality Care

Have taken care of my son and mother with acute medical problems.

I was experiencing severe abdominal pain and waited forever to see someone. The nurse practitioner they sent in did not listen to me or examine me other than listening to my heart. Did not check the area where I was experiencing pain at all, he didn't even do the obvious cheek for appendicitis. Within three minutes he magically decided he had made the diagnosis, and just wrote a script. He did not bother to go over the medications with me or even to tell me what he had written the prescription for! Total waste of money, will not go back.

very disappointed. staff not friendly. poor communication. spend a lot of money on advertising but dont actually follow through and deliver. need customer service training for all staff. i wont go there again. waste of time & money.

A great stop for your cold or non emergencies. As far as follow up or primary care don't chance it.

I wish I could rate the front staff separate from the medical staff. The first lady to greet me was on her cell phone and seemed upset I interrupted her... my primary care is here and I'm very halt with that side of the house. I feel like in very well taken care of.

Had a small fish hook embedded in my forehead.

TERRIBLE! The girl at the from desk was RUDE. I was misdiagnosed so went back the next day to tell them my ailment in order to get a shot...the diagnosis might have been accurate the first time if the people there spent more time on patients rather than talking in the middle of the office while all the sick people are in rooms waiting. Just FYI, when an adult is running a 102 fever, they are nauseated by people laughing and talking about TV shows, the weather, or anything not related to their treatment. This place was once much better...it's a mess right now. Heather is the exception.

Horrible experience! The staff is not friendly at all. The nurse was rude and did not give my shot correctly. To keep a long story short, if you want friendly and adequate service. Don't go to physicians quality care. I will stick to the Jackson clinic from now on.

I was seen at Physicians Quality Care this morning. When you enter the building it is a very nice atmosphere. That is until you check on. The one little lady acted as if she didn't want to be there and didn't want you there. I needed to see a doctor. Almost make you not want to every return again.

Some of the rudest nurses. One even yelled at me giving me a shot because I flinched. The doctors are unconcerned that I've been sick for over a month and they keep diagnosing me with other things.. Don't go there!!!!

Immunizations, Shoulder Dislocation, DOT physical, Muscle Strain, Sinus Infections. My entire family has received excellent care since our 1st visit in August.

Misdiagnosed fracture by nurse practitioner. Physician called later in the evening to advise of the misdiagnosis. Had to pay for a 2nd X-ray at orthopedic doctor because PQC couldn't provide the Xray electronically. 8 weeks later received bill from PQC for their Xray. Called to dispute charges. It took them 3 weeks to call me back and then they advised the notes say nothing about a sprain. So the notes were removed from the file where they originally diagnosed as a sprain only to call me 7 hours later to say we made a mistake. This office is a sham and I would NEVER return. Thank goodness we were only there from out of town and we never have to worry about them. Once I advised that I would let my attorney handle the issue since the medical record was altered after the fact they agreed to waive the Xray charge.
