Happy Nails Upscale Salon

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The senary is pretty but service is horrible. But they deserve no stars.

My wife and I used to work here, but quit recently. We couldn't stand the work environment. Cameras everywhere, not only at cash register but in our break room/bench and the laundry room. The owners listen to our conversation, it's kind of creepy. People patronize the place because its so beautiful, but quality is non-existence. There's a reason why new nail techs are always working there and no one can last too long with the owners, Johnny and Kelly/Tammy. All thats left are old, unlicensed nail techs who have nowhere else to go. Such a beautiful place, but too bad they don't value their employees as much as their shiny equipment.If youre into sight-seeing, Happy Nails is it, if you want quality ... don't expect much from these old nail techs.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was so excited to have money in my budget this month to get a pedicure and I chose Happy Nails. I was seated next to a woman that was well into her pedicure and she looked happy and relaxed. I chose the Spa Pedicure. My technician didn't massage my feet at all, burned me with a too-hot towel, my nails were crooked and the polish was very uneven. I brought it up to the gentleman at the front and he offered to fix it. I was hesitant and wanted to leave. I ended up allowing another young man, whom was very nice, to give it another shot. He straightened the nails and applied new polish but that wasn't enough to improve the experience. I wanted to cry and could not get out of there fast enough. I had to pay the full $35 which really sealed it as the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I don't know when I'll have another pedicure in my budget but when I do I will not be going back to Happy Nails. The original tech and the manager(?) were not genuinely concerned about my bad experience. Did I mention that the lady seated next to me originally was still in the chair finishing up with her original tech when I left? I am so upset and sad over this!

Happy Nails? More like #Mean_nails #Rude_Nails. My experience was horrible! The worst and most unpleasant experience ever! They only greeted certain people, the atmosphere was horrible, there was an evil like vibe there. They nails techs was rude, hateful, and ridiculous. Me and my friend ONLY went there because Luxur Nails was out the way to drive. We were on exit 85 location. My friend waited for hours and they continued to serve others while she waited on people that came after her. They were very unprofessional and snappy rude. It was horrible. We left and of course went to Luxur Nails & Spa by Books a Million in the columns. She is always super nice and professional. Had many clients there and greeted us with a great big smile and waited on my friend in 3 min. She knows how to run a business at Luxur Nails. Happy Nails...hell no. I refer anyone to Luxur Nails they are the BEST in West TN!!!!! Period. Stay away from Happy Nails!

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Nail techs are rude. I was not greeted when I entered and waited almost 2 hours on a nail removal not to mention the fact there were other customers served before I was and I was there first. Unprofessional. Rude.

I had spent 105.00 the day before at the salon. I chipped a nail. And went back to have chipped fixed. He told me he was too busy he didn't have time. So I went up the hill and they fixed it in 5 minutes free of charge. But of course I tipped him.

The best pedicure in Jackson. Excellent service and reasonable prices!

A waste of time the nail techs can't polish let alone design ANYTHING..DO NOT WASTE UR TIME IR $!!!!!

Do NOT go to this business!! They're rude & expensive. Their prices are not posted & charge what they want. I had shellac that suppose to last 2 weeks. after 3 days it was peeling. They fixed a couple but with no apology. One day later, others peeled. Went back & they were rude. Wanted me to pay for manicure. I said I just paid for one week ago, I just want shellac fixed. He got up & left me for someone else to do. I thought maybe he was offering complimentary manicure since I had been in 2 times for service that was suppose to last 2 weeks!! Another lady finished me & when I left, no apologies, no please come back, goodbye or anything. I walked out & will never return!!! Please do NOT waste your time or money at this business. There are plenty other nail places!!!!

same for me I went in to get a white tip two days ago, they are lifting already... I also mentioned to the people before I paid that the nails where not done well and the owners wife got huffy with me and was telling me that they where the best set of nails she had ever seen done so the only thing she would do was put a gloss coat on it... On the only positive note the pedicure I got was the best I have ever had... As far as the rest I was Highly upset. Oh and on top of it all the white tips Cost $70!!!!!!

Do NOT let them do your nails. I had white tips put on. My nails ALL lifted in TWO days and one lifted completely off by the end of the week. I called exactly a week later (I had been out of town) and she said to come in and she would fix. She then charged me for a fill-in. Unbelievable!! I understand people make mistakes but I also believe they should correct their mistakes. I've been getting nails for 13 years and this has NEVER happened before.
