It's long so beware! I'm not really sure how many stars to give, but I am very upset with David's Bridal in Jackson, TN. My cousin's wedding date is scheduled for Jan. 16, 2015. I didn't want to get a dress too soon or too late because I really wanted to see if she would get married. She's 18, so I wasn't trying to buy a dress, and then end up having it for no reason. I'm in college, so I had to save to even buy a dress. My mom finally said she'd help me buy it so we went to the boutique and a nice lady at the front helped us. I didn't really find anything in my price range, so I asked if they had certain dresses, which were online on clearance, in the store. They didn't so the lady said they could order it for me. We paid for the dress gave us a date when it was supposed to come in. Two weeks later, my mom called, and the lady hadn't even ordered the dress! It's the week of the wedding, and the maid of honor doesn't have a dress! I could tell the lady was still kind of new or just hadn't done this before because she kept asking another lady for help. The lady that my mom talked to on the phone said they couldn't even order clearance dresses offline, so I'm like what did we pay for then? The lady who supposedly ordered the dress for us had put on the receipt something along the lines that we had picked the dress up once we bought it. I don't know what they were trying to do, but if I had known that they couldn't do that then I could've looked for a dress somewhere else before coming back to school because now I have to rush and try to find a dress at the very very last minute. I am so mad about it. I don't think I will ever go there again. We did get a refund, but that does not help with the fact that I do not have a dress.
