Pediatric Care
Jackson Pediatrics is the oldest and largest pediatric medical practice in Teton County. Our physicians work with infants, children, and adolescents through all phases of development. We are devoted to the comprehensive care of children in sickness and in health.
Emergency Care
Drive Eastward on E. Broadway for approximately four blocks. When you see the St. John's campus on your left, turn into the first driveway. No Name Alley will be on your right. If you reach the stop sign at Redmond St. or you see the Emergency Department, you have gone too far.
Immunizations
We recommend immunization according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control vaccination schedule. We understand that immunization is a source of stress and uncertainty for many parents, and we are happy to discuss vaccine-related concerns at any visit.

Obstetrics
Jackson's first pediatrician, Dr. Little retired in June, 2022 after 50 years in local practice. (He is pictured above in the Tetons on Rock Springs Buttress, circa 1972.) According to the Jackson Hole News & Guide, "Dr. Jim Little Sr. started his profound tenure in Jackson in 1972 as one of only seven doctors in town. Each one had a specialty--obstetrics, radiology, surgery--but they all pitched in on emergency calls.
Pregnancy

Internal Medicine
After residency, Tiffany began a faculty position at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Geisel School of Medicine in Lebanon, New Hampshire, where she worked as a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric Hospitalist. Tiffany has a strong interest in international and immigrant health. During her 4 years at Dartmouth, she spent 2014-2015 working as a Pediatrician in Rwanda, where she met Dr. Jim Little.

Radiology
Kelsey is a native of Victor, Idaho and a former patient of Jackson Pediatrics. She has studied at Western Wyoming Community College pursuing a degree in Health-Related Science-Radiology.
